The Challenge
Chris was commissioned to lead the content and training strategy for a global Microsoft 365 migration at a 2,400-employee international law firm. The initiative demanded crystal-clear technical documentation, an intuitive self-service knowledge hub, and a scalable training program capable of up-skilling attorneys, paralegals, and back-office staff spread across six time zones—without disrupting billable work.
Chris devised a blended-learning ecosystem: concise, role-based Quick-Start guides, a searchable Confluence wiki, and a series of live and on-demand workshops delivered through Teams. Partnering with IT and department SMEs, he distilled complex governance policies, OneDrive best practices, and collaborative workflows into plain-language job aids that cut support tickets by 38 percent within the first 90 days. The end result was a unified knowledge environment and an adoption rate that surpassed the firm’s KPI targets by more than 25 percent.
